Department of Defense

Within government and especially the Department of Defense and military organizations, such as Army, Navy, Air Force, CYTEC reviews agency contract requirements, requests for information, broad agency announcements, small business innovation research and small business technology transfer topic areas to identify areas of interest that can then be mapped back to University research programs. This talent link provided by these research universities and industry partners, augment our subject matter knowledge and allows CYTEC to pursue technology projects that satisfy a particular client need.

Government

As a firm that tracks a variety of technology and research arenas, we suggest economic development models that not only support federal initiatives and state requirements but also help foster local entrepreneurship and innovation. The opportunity lies in the commercialization, manufacturing, and distribution of innovative products within a state to markets outside of that state.

Technology Transfer

As a technology transfer agent, we assist academic research institutions to identify links to commercial and government agencies that can find value in their current research. We help identify funding solutions and demonstrations for potential licensees that have an interest in continuing research and product development with the University or National Labs.
