Oscar deLeon

As owner and president of CYTEC, Mr. de Leon puts over 25 years of experience in directing the company's day-to day operations. He takes an active hand in reviewing current technologies and identifying business and research opportunities that are compatible with the CYTEC mission.

Mr. de Leon has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master's degree from MIT in Economic Planning. Prior to his acquisition of CYTEC in 1984, Mr. de Leon was self-employed in Austin, Texas as a marketing consultant.
